After struggling to figure out how to work with a website that sells customizable products, I started thinking about why it was so difficult. The main obstacle was the site interface. The navigation was murky. There was not a clear, step-by-step process. I found myself hunting for clues about what to do. It took several calls to customer service to accomplish what I wanted to do. The process was time consuming as well as confusing. Because of my experience, it is not likely I would recommend using this site to others, especially since they are not the only ones to offer these services.
